My Warranty Check-Up is a thorough inspection designed to identify defects or items that may need attention before your builder’s warranty expires. I evaluate accessible areas of the home, including the structure, exterior, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and interior components, looking for issues that may have been missed during the original construction or have developed since you moved in. You’ll receive a detailed report documenting our findings, giving you the information you need to address concerns with your builder while they’re still covered under warranty.
